Leeds United will already be making arrangements for the summer transfer window.

There are only a few weeks left in the season, so those behind the scenes will be preparing for any eventuality.

Leeds are now third in the Championship, one point behind the automatic promotion positions, and the division in which they will play next season is still up in the air.

Regardless matter what happens, it appears that this summer will be another busy one. Leeds will have to decide what to do with the returning loanees, and if promotion occurs, reinforcements will be required.

Leeds United will already be planning for the summer transfer window.

With only a few weeks left in the season, people behind the scenes will be ready for anything.

Leeds are presently third in the Championship, one point behind the automatic promotion slots, and their division for next season is yet unknown.

Regardless of what happens, this summer appears to be another busy one. Leeds must determine what to do with their returning loanees, and if they are promoted, additional reinforcements will be required.

According to TeamTalk, Leeds are considering a move for Southampton striker Che Adams, who is out of contract on the South Coast at the end of the season.

They will face competition from Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers, who, like Leeds, have long admired the Scottish international.

According to the article, Leeds sees their forward line as an area that needs to be addressed this summer, with the number nine role still unsettled.

Patrick Bamford’s form has dipped in recent weeks, Mateo Joseph has yet to earn trust from the start, and Joel Piroe isn’t a one-man show.

Leeds had attempted to sign Adams under Marsch.

As previously stated, Adams has been on Elland Road’s radar for several years, with Victor Orta attempting to sign him in January 2020.

Leeds were looking for a new striker in the summer of 2022, and after failing to sign Charles de Ketelaere, Adams was considered an alternative.

This makes for an intriguing transfer tale, given what Leeds is up against with the ‘excellent’ Adams’ present side, Southampton.

If Leeds fails to finish in the top two, the two clubs may meet in the Championship play-off final.
