According to talkSPORT, Luton Town are willing to let Giles leave this month. However, this would only be available as a loan with an obligation to purchase or as a permanent agreement.

Daniel Farke was asked about the possibility of signing Giles out of nowhere during his news conference last week, but he remained tight-lipped regarding other clubs’ players.
Leeds are expected to compete with Championship rivals Cardiff City for the 23-year-old’s signing, however other clubs in the division are also monitoring the situation.
Giles joined for Premier League newcomers Luton Town for £5 million in the summer, but he has yet to make an impression, starting only five Premier League games.
Leeds’ major focus this transfer window has been on the Premier League loan market, but it appears that a permanent inducement is required to conclude a move for Giles.
