Nottingham Forest are gearing up for the start of their preseason as players return to training.
Some new faces are among the players returning to Nuno Espirito Santo’s summer workouts.
Forest have been proactive in this summer’s transfer market, thanks to Evangelos Marinakis’ efforts to avoid another PSR catastrophe.
Selling Orel Mangala and Moussa Niakhate has proven to be fantastic business for Forest this summer.
It has enabled them to bring in new players, who are already wearing the new Adidas training uniforms.
And it appears that the new home shirt for the 2024/25 campaign has been leaked.
Nottingham Forest’s Adidas home shirt 2024/25 has leaked.
Aside from transfers, fans are looking forward to two things this summer: the release of fixtures and early looks at their new uniforms.
Last summer, Forest announced a new multi-year arrangement with Adidas to supply their kit.
Last season, following Macron’s association with the club, the iconic three stripes returned to the Forest kit.
The previously speculated new home shirt for the next campaign has already been revealed on social media.
According to online kit leak site The Kitsbaia, Forest’s new home shirt for 2024/25 will have a textured pattern.
In compared to last season’s home shirt, which was block red with three stripes on the shoulders, this leaked shirt has a little more going on.
The textured stripe technique provides a more complex design on the shirt, making Adidas’ attempts last season appear lazy in comparison.
Forest will hope that their top players will wear this shirt.
In the early weeks of this summer’s transfer season, Forest’s top players have already been connected with potential exits.
None more so than Murillo, the center-back. With his future uncertain, the Brazilian’s agent has been outspoken about his desire to play for a big European club.
However, Murillo just adopted a new squad number ahead of the new season, which may provide some reassurance to Forest fans.
Arsenal is also thought to have dropped out of the hunt for Murillo, leaving Forest fans hopeful for at least another season from their defender, who only came last summer.
