Nottingham Forest have confirmed Adam Berry’s signing after he left Manchester United.

The 18-year-old midfielder has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract at the City Ground. He will join the club’s academy.

Forest confirmed his arrival at the City Ground with a statement on Saturday that read: “Forest Academy is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Adam Berry.

“The attacking midfielder comes on a contract until the conclusion of the 2024/25 season, having recently left Manchester United.

“Berry, 18, was a trialist in our U18 Premier League match versus United last weekend and scored in a 2-2 tie.

“Berry scored two goals and added a further two assists in 22 U18 Premier League appearances for the Red Devils last term.”
