Neco Williams has resorted to Instagram following Nottingham Forest’s 1-0 defeat to Liverpool.

The Reds defender has written a four-word post, and it appears he is not impressed.

So, what did Williams have to say following Forest’s 1-0 defeat? Let’s look more closely.

What Neco Williams stated following Nottingham Forest’s loss to Liverpool

Williams had a very difficult afternoon as he faced the club where he had spent many years.

In the summer of 2022, the kid moved to Forest in quest of regular football, and he is already settling well.

Forest defender Williams took to Instagram following the game yesterday. Darwin Nunez scored a goal in the ninth minute of stoppage time to give the visitors a massive victory, and Williams is devastated.

After the game, Williams waited for the dust to settle before posting a four-word Instagram caption: “Tough one to take.”

Williams was given another chance to shine against Liverpool, and the right-back position currently appears to be his to lose.

Williams demonstrates his quality this season.

The teenage defender has been a slow starter at the City Ground, but under a new manager, he is finally coming into his own.

According to Who Scored, Williams performed well for Forest yesterday, winning four tackles and completing four clearances.

Nuno Espirito Santo evidently trusts the player, as he currently ranks him ahead of Gonzalo Montiel.

Yesterday was a rough day for the entire Forest crew. The goal is that the team can move on from this swiftly.

Forest have some big games coming up, and maybe they’ll be able to pick up some extra points in the following weeks.
