Liverpool might complete seven signings this week after spending £105 million, agreeing to a loan, and selling four

Latest Liverpool transfer news and rumors as the next seven days may see the Reds agree numerous agreements for new arrivals and player exits before the transfer window ends.

Liverpool could have a busy week in the transfer market, according to the latest speculations. The Reds have been relatively quiet in the transfer market this summer, but there is still time for that to change.

Liverpool hasn’t signed any new signings this summer, although some business has been conducted. Fabio Carvalho has already left Anfield to join Brentford permanently, and other players may leave in the coming days and weeks.

The deadline for Liverpool and other Premier League clubs to finalize their transfers is August 30. As a result, over the next seven days, the Reds may increase their interest in possible targets or approve the departure of existing team members if they want to do so.

In terms of incomings, Anthony Gordon remains linked with Liverpool. The Reds agreed to a £75 million agreement with the Magpies for Gordon in June, but the move fell through at the last minute after the St James’ Park club resolved their financial difficulties through other player sales.

Since then, reports have circulated that Liverpool may still be interested in signing Gordon. If the interest remains, the Reds may aim to jump in and sign Gordon again in the coming days, ahead of next week’s deadline.

Giorgi Mamardashvili, the goalkeeper for Valencia, has also been linked with Liverpool. The Reds are investigating a deal to sign the £30 million-rated shot-stopper this summer, with the expectation that he will be loaned out for the coming season.

Bournemouth is rumored to be a possible loan destination for Mamardashvili, but a return to Valencia has also been proposed. However, recent reports have highlighted a significant price gap for Mamardashvili, which may be delaying an agreement from being made.

In terms of outgoings, Bobby Clark’s transfer to Red Bull Salzburg is most likely to be completed in the coming days. Last week, a £10 million deal was reached with the Austrian club, which is now headed by former Liverpool assistant manager Pep Lijnders.

Joe Gomez might potentially leave Liverpool this summer, after a £45 million transfer to Newcastle fell through earlier this summer. Rumours of a probable move away have persisted this summer, and if a good offer is received in the coming days, it is reasonable to expect a departure.

There have also been reports that Kaide Gordon, Ben Doak, and Tyler Morton could all leave Liverpool this summer on loan. However, there have been suggestions that Morton and Gordon could make permanent moves before the deadline.
