According to Phil Hay, Daniel Farke has informed Leeds United fans that Archie Gray and Crysencio Summerville are fine after being hurt in the 2-0 victory over Millwall.
On March 17, The Athletic journalist stated via his X account that Farke’s evaluation was that Gray’s ankle appeared to be fine that Summerville did not have a major concern.
Summerville, in particular, was the target of some powerful challenges during the game as Millwall attempted to impose themselves on Leeds, but to no avail.
Crysencio Summerville and Archie Gray’s injury news
Given their importance to the first team under Farke’s management this season, the fact that both players appear to be unharmed despite initial concerns will come as a big comfort to everyone at Elland Road, from the supporters to Farke himself.
Summerville has been largely recognized as one of the team’s most significant players and one of the best in the Championship this season, with 15 goals and eight assists in 35 league appearances.
Gray, meanwhile, has succeeded in his debut season at Elland Road, establishing himself as an important player in a variety of positions and becoming a regular for Farke at his hometown club.
Both players have been linked with summer exits, but if Leeds can gain promotion, even if it means winning the Championship, they will have the best opportunity of keeping their star players.
