Leeds United will continue to believe they can clinch automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The 1-0 setback to Blackburn Rovers over the weekend dealt a blow to United’s aspirations of finishing in the top two places. As a result, Leeds are third in the Championship table, one point behind second-place Leicester City after one game more.
Daniel Farke’s squad has only three more league games to try to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League. In addition to Leicester, United will compete with Ipswich Town and Southampton for a place in the top two this season.

Leeds United has only three remaining matchups this season, two of which are away from home. The next match is an away journey to Middlesbrough, as Farke and his team attempt to respond to their defeat against Blackburn.
That will be followed by another away game against Queens Park Rangers at the end of the month. Leeds finish the season with a home game against Southampton at Elland Road, which might be important in their quest for promotion to the Premier League.
