Leeds United should cash in on Luis Sinisterra this summer due of their incredible depth in the final third.
Luis Sinisterra’s Leeds United career has not gone as he had intended.
The 24-year-old made a big money move to Elland Road in July 2022, signing a five-year contract after impressing for Feyenoord in the Netherlands.
However, following the Whites’ relegation in his first season in England, Colombian winger Sinisterra was granted permission to join AFC Bournemouth on loan for the 2023-24 season on deadline day in the summer.
Sinisterra, who scored five goals in 19 Premier League appearances for Leeds, would have wanted to make a similar impact on the south coast.
However, things have not gone quite as planned.

Two Premier League goals and two assists aren’t awful numbers, but 509 minutes of top-flight football isn’t what Sinisterra intended.
Andoni Iarola has started the 24-year-old four times in the Premier League, three of which came in the previous four games, and has made 11 substitute appearances.
Sinisterra moved to England to try to advance his career in the Premier League, possibly as a stepping stone to better things, but injuries and falling out of favour have cost him dearly.
Leeds United should consider selling Luis Sinisterra.
With three years remaining on Sinisterra’s current contract, Leeds are in a strong position to negotiate the player’s value.
According to Italian reporter Carlo Pellegatti, the Serie A giants have identified Sinisterra as a potential replacement for Rafael Leao, who has been linked with some of Europe’s top teams ahead of the summer, including Paris Saint-Germain.
And if Milan or any other team makes a bid in the summer, Leeds should consider selling.
With the winger on the club’s books for another three years when the next transfer window opens, Leeds can demand a sizable amount.
The 24-year-old is still relatively young and has shown promise at times throughout his career.
Leeds’ best course of action would be to cut their losses and reinvest if they are promoted.
Willy Gnonto and Dan James are ahead of Luis Sinisterra at Leeds United.
The Whites’ current forward options would also reduce Sinisterra’s possibilities at Elland Road.
Dan James has been in top form for Leeds United this season, scoring ten goals and registering six assists in 27 matches for Daniel Farke’s side, and there’s no reason he can’t have an impact in the Premier League again.
Wilfried Gnonto has also been in good form of late.
The small Italian was frequently linked with a move away during the January transfer window, with West Ham United supposedly interested in the 20-year-old.
However, Gnonto is expected to sign a new contract in West Yorkshire soon.
Two goals in his past two outings have reduced conjecture and criticism, with the winger firmly back among Farke’s offensive options, and if Leeds get promoted, the 20-year-old will surely play an important role in the Premier League.
As for Sinisterra, his Elland Road career appears to be beyond repair, and if Leeds does receive a large offer, allowing the winger to relocate to Italy appears to be the best option for all parties involved.
