Manor Solomon’s loan time at Leeds United has been extremely eventful thus far this season. Overall, the Spurs loanee has been a welcome addition to Daniel Farke’s squad, with the Israeli recently emerging as a significant player.
Leeds United has experienced some ups and downs in recent weeks. The Whites’ recent losses have left many fans wanting more, but Spurs loanee Manor Solomon has been a persistent threat in games.
Solomon was a menace, especially in the 1-1 draw with Blackburn Rovers on New Year’s Day. However, Solomon was enraged when he was replaced in the second half as Daniel Farke sought a change in shape.
The 25-year-old Solomon then added an assist against Hull City, giving him three goals and five assists in 19 Championship outings for Leeds, who are now in first position in the standings.
Leeds United might potentially sign Manor Solomon
who is currently on loan till the conclusion of the 2024/25 season. And it is believed that Leeds do not have the option of signing Solomon, who joined Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2023.
Speaking with Leeds United News, transfer analyst Graeme Bailey examined the possibility of Leeds signing Solomon on a permanent basis this summer, revealing how Solomon might potentially play his way to a permanent Elland Road stint.
Bailey stated: “I believe Jack Harrison will return to Leeds in the summer, so Solomon will be a summer signing. He will dictate that; if he plays a key role in promotion, Leeds will likely sign him. “It is his responsibility.”
Manor Solomon talks about his Leeds United future.
Solomon just conducted a lengthy interview with The Athletic. He talked on a variety of things, including whether or not he’d be willing to stay with the team beyond this season.
And it seems as though the flying winger would certainly be open to the possibility. He said: “I love it here. I love the fans. I love the club. I adore the players and the management. I’m really enjoying it right now, and I adore living here. Of course, it’s not like London; there are less things to do, and we have fewer friends here. All the Israelis reside in London, but we’ve found our home here.
“You can’t predict what will happen in the future, whether I come back to Tottenham, whether I go to a different team, or whether I stay here in Leeds, you can’t predict it, but, of course, for me, the door is really open.”
Farke’s immediate focus will be on who he can sign in the January transfer window, followed by achieving promotion to the Premier League. Leeds face Harrogate Town in the FA Cup third round on Saturday evening.
