In the days following their victory at the Coventry Building Society Arena, the Opta Analyst’s supercomputer [10 February] gave Leeds a 90.2% likelihood of automatic promotion and a 68.58% chance of winning the championship.
This has fallen from immediately before the result, when the supercomputer first gave the Whites a 70.7% chance of winning the league and a 91.08 percent chance of automatics.

Farke has announced that Max Wober will need surgery to repair a knee problem that has been lingering for some weeks.
This means that Austria will be out of action until after the March international break, having not played for the Whites since early January.
The German head coach acknowledged this in his news conference on February 10th, saying: “Wober has an ongoing knee injury, which is another setback.
“He will need another surgery, which we will perform as soon as feasible. He’ll surely be out till the next international break.”

Junior Firpo is one of many players that will enter the last months of their contracts at the end of the season and are worried about their futures.
The Leeds manager has already announced that there will be no additional updates on Firpo’s contract situation at Elland Road [Adam Pope, 10 February].
On February 10, Farke said, “No, we play every three days, therefore there is no time for contract talks. We discuss contracts once players have regained their rhythm. “There is no time to waste energy on that.”
