Daniel Farke has gotten a huge boost…

Leeds United appear to be on the rise after a difficult season last year, and Fabrizio Romano reports that Daniel Farke has received some “excellent news” that will help his team in their pursuit of promotion.

Leeds United are looking for fresh signings…
New arrivals are usually the highlight of any transfer window for supporters, who will be eager to discover which players are available and looking for a new challenge. Leeds have yet to add anyone to their ranks this month, but that hasn’t stopped whispers about the Championship club from spreading far and wide.

West Ham United defender Ben Johnson has been linked with a move to Yorkshire, and journalist Dean Jones has suggested that there may be some substance to recent claims that Farke is keen to bring him in, telling GIVEMESPORT: “From a Leeds perspective, it really does appear that they are going after a few players that have specific experience and traits. Ben Johnson, of West Ham, is achievable and could be the one.”

According to talkSPORT writer Alex Crook, Bournemouth offensive midfielder David Brooks is making headlines in the media and might be an additional reinforcement for the Whites as they attempt to sign star players this month. The Wales international is likely to move on loan in the coming weeks as he looks to regain his full stride following his amazing return from illness.

Now, transfer guru Romano has offered an amazing update concerning an existing Leeds player, providing a huge boost to everyone involved with the club.

Fabrizio Romano is buzzing about Archie Gray’s update.

Romano took to social networking platform X to share and respond to the “excellent news” that youngster Archie Gray had signed a new contract with the club, which would keep him at Elland Road until the summer of 2028.

The 17-year-old, who was previously bound to the club where he began his career until 2025, has provided Farke and company with much-needed certainty about his future after Liverpool, Everton, and Crystal Palace expressed interest in his talents last year.

Making a sustained breakthrough at Leeds United this season, the Durham-born midfielder has made 28 appearances in all competitions, assisting once.

Archie Gray’s key statistics in 2023/24 – Championship (Sofascore)

    Accurate passes per game – 29.9 (84%), Balls recovered per game – 5.4, Tackles per game – 2.1, Expected assists – 0.71, Average match rating – 6.78/10

Thorp Arch has produced some excellent talent over the years, and Gray appears to be the next one off the conveyor belt, with the club now able to demand a large amount if any suitors come calling.
