Everton will not re-sign Leeds United winger and current loanee Jack Harrison if the club is demoted to the Championship at the conclusion of the season, according to Football Insider.
Harrison has appeared regularly for the Toffees throughout the 2023/24 season, despite his limited effect in the final third.
The Leeds player left Elland Road temporarily last summer to play Premier League football again, after been relegated with the Whites at the end of the previous season.
He was one of numerous players loaned out by West Yorkshire during the summer 2023 transfer window, however he has not been missed greatly.
Crysencio Summerville, Dan James, and Willy Gnonto have all stepped up in his absence, with the former particularly impressive this season, keeping Daniel Farke’s side in the automatic promotion mix at this point.
Ideally, they would have had Harrison available as well, but he elected to relocate to Goodison Park, and some Leeds supporters may not want to see him again after he left briefly to return to the Premier League.
However, his future remains uncertain at this time, regardless of whatever division Leeds will play in next season as they battle Ipswich Town for automatic promotion.

The winger’s contract at Elland Road does not expire until the summer of 2028, allowing Leeds to charge a high fee for him.
He hasn’t been very prolific in front of goal this season, scoring three goals and providing three assists in 28 league games, but his contract situation makes him a desirable player.
If they can generate a large fee for the winger in the summer, the Whites may be able to spend a reasonable amount of money in the market on a potential replacement for him, which might be much-needed given that fellow winger Jaidon Anthony is scheduled to leave the club when his loan term expires.
However, Leeds might gain from keeping the player, which you believe is a real possibility if they are promoted back to the top division at the first opportunity.
Whether he stays at Elland Road beyond the summer or goes, Leeds could benefit, so it’ll be interesting to see if the Whites are willing to cash in on him.
