Following an impressive 2023/24 season, Nottingham Forest’s agent has pushed a player in their way for this summer.
Nuno Epsirito Santo’s team is now active in the summer transfer window, with the signing of Marko Stamenic from Red Star Belgrade.
However, Forest will see Stamenic leave the City Ground shortly after signing a contract to join Evangelos Marinakis’ other team, Olympiacos.
Work on outgoings continues this month, with the Reds needing to balance the books before the end of the month.
However, Forest are already active in the market, and it appears that additional arrivals may be on the way in the coming weeks.
Forest’s agency persuaded him to pursue an interesting youth.
Forest is in for an interesting summer, as the Reds have some players who might fetch a lot of money if sold.
Murillo and Morgan Gibbs-White are highly regarded at the City Ground, with the Brazilian reportedly worth up to £70 million.According to German website Mopo, Forest’s agent Jorge Mendes has made an offer for St. Pauli’s versatile youth Eric da Silva Moreira.
However, it appears that the Reds are looking for an exciting young talent who could one day be worth a lot of money.
The 18-year-old has emerged as a promising potential for the German club, who have recently gained promotion to the Bundesliga for the forthcoming season.
It is believed that Forest is interested in the kid, who may be signed for as little as €1.5 million (£1.2 million) this summer.
And the study indicates that this is a deal that is likely to be completed.
Forest is interested in signing Eric da Silva Moreira,
St. Pauli has lost manager Fabian Hurzeler to Brighton & Hove Albion.
However, it appears that they may be losing a piece of their future with Silva Moreira.
It must be noted that this is a player with limited experience in the men’s game as it currently exists. At 18, he has only spent the second half of the 2023/24 season practicing with St. Pauli’s first squad.
He made his 2. Bundesliga debut, but only appeared briefly from the bench.
