Harry Gray may be destined to join his older brother Archie in the Leeds United first squad following his performance for the Under-18s on Wednesday (24 April).
Gray’s older brother has established himself as a key member of Daniel Farke’s Elland Road club this season, excelling at both central midfield and right-back and swiftly becoming a fan favourite.

Despite his lack of experience, his older brother’s rise to the first-team ranks will give him hope that a senior debut is not far away, and his recent performances will undoubtedly help his chances.
The young Whites won their fourth game in a row, 5-0, against Derby County, with Gray scoring twice to move them up to fourth position in the U18 Premier League table.
Several of the 15-year-old’s goals this season have come from the penalty spot, but he scored twice against the Rams without taking a penalty.
A 5-0 victory over Derby is impressive, given that the Midlands club is presently third in the U18 Premier League, but it may not have come as a surprise after Leeds’ 6-1 victory in the return encounter.

The Elland Road faithful have every right to be enthusiastic about the younger Gray, especially if he is even remotely as talented as his older brother.
Farke has demonstrated that there is a clear road to the senior team, as evidenced by the performances of 18-year-old Gray, Mateo Joseph, and 17-year-old Charlie Crew.
Fans will hope Gray follows in his brother’s footsteps at Elland Road and sets a positive example.
It would be fantastic to see the Gray brothers play for the Leeds first team one day, and that is a very real prospect if the youngster continues to impress at Thorp Arch.
