Callum Wilson is out of contract at the end of the season, and while he remains an excellent backup option for Alexander Isak in principle, his inability to stay fit is extremely irritating.
With this in mind, maybe Boniface should be approached with caution. He may be prolific, but according to Transfermarkt data, the striker has missed 35 games over the last two seasons due to various injuries.
Newcastle should keep this in mind.
